Roof is now 5 years old...and I wanted to be sure that everything was OK for the next 5 years.  After a full roof inspection, the roof was in really good shape.  Work list was fairly short; cost to fix a few dozen minor wear & tear issues was very reasonable.  Work was scheduled and a full team showed up to fix the caulk, flashing, and fasteners.  Flashing fasteners were upgraded from nails to neoprene screws; roof penetrations were repaired and repainted; and new flashing was meticulously done.  Work was neat as a pin; detailed photos of inspection and repairs were provided.  Owner's agent was present for the inspection and the repairs.  Quality is about having great work habits and everyone practices them--Kstylez expects nothing less from the work crews. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
From beginning to end the customer service was exceptional. The entire team is very caring and beyond helpful. From the moment I had the initial inspection I knew this was the company I was going to go with. Kyle was very professional and kind. Erica was very helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance company. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the painters did a great job with my cieling too.
