Thanks again! 😊Roof is now 5 years old...and I wanted to be sure that everything was OK for the next 5 years. After a full roof inspection, the roof was in really good shape. Work list was fairly short; cost to fix a few dozen minor wear & tear issues was very reasonable. Work was scheduled and a full team showed up to fix the caulk, flashing, and fasteners. Flashing fasteners were upgraded from nails to neoprene screws; roof penetrations were repaired and repainted; and new flashing was meticulously done. Work was neat as a pin; detailed photos of inspection and repairs were provided. Owner's agent was present for the inspection and the repairs. Quality is about having great work habits and everyone practices them--Kstylez expects nothing less from the work crews. As an owner, I appreciate doing business with the pro's at Kstylez.

Communication was great from start to finish in relation to the estimate, explanation of the work and cleanup after all work was done. I just want to say thank you one more time to Kstylez Roofing for being so patient regarding the final payment of my new roof. My insurance took so long to send the final check and after 3 months of waiting i finally could pay them the rest of the money. They were very nice and patient once again thank you. :)

I have used this company on two separate occasions. First for reconstructing my chimney. Just recently, they replaced my roof. Their work is superior as well as the customer service provided. It was my first roof replacement project and I had to educate myself for the process. First thing to note is that roofers are not required to be licensed in the state of Texas and yet Kstylez chose to go through a volunteered licensing process that requires continuous education regarding their craft and workers' safety. I highly recommend Kstylez based on my LONG engagement with Erica and Kyle and the work they have completed. If you're doing roof work in the state of Texas, remember to search for members of RCAT. If that is too much work, reach out to Kstylez!

I used Kstylez roofing and construction company. I recommend this business for any repairs or replacement of your roof. I've been dealing with Kyle Hernandez, project manager, and he is on top of things. He's always checking on things and looking out for anything missed that might need fixing and notifys owners of any extras that needs repairs before starting on project. Their crew are quick and efficient. They had my roof done from start to finish in just one and a quarter days. No trash or nails left around house. I've been using them for the past two or three years and I will continue to use them when the next repairs or project comes up. I highly recommend them for any project you might need to have done. Call Kyle or Erika Hernandez and they'll take care of you.

A few hiccups along the way, that were unavoidable, due to insurance adjustor and my insurance company and Kstylez having to do some insurance follow-ups and coordinate not only the roof replacement, but also custom painting new gutters, installation of the gutters and then finally the touch up painting after the gutter installation. Kyle, Erica and Kayla were all fantastic and went above and beyond on my job and I would highly recommend them and would gladly hire this company again!

There wasn't enough damage to file a claim, but they did point out a small area of concern that could potentially cause a leak down the road. They quoted me a reasonable price to do the repair, and were on site within a couple days. No high pressure sales pitch involved. Pretty smooth process from beginning to end.

Kstylez gave us a good estimate for a shingle roof replacement and helped out with communicating with insurance and all those technical details. The price, quality, and service were great. We would use them again, though hopefully our roof won't need another replacement for a while still!!
